About This Service

Wisconsin winters are unpredictable, but your snow removal schedule doesn't have to be. Little Tree Nursery runs established snow routes covering Sullivan and surrounding communities — and we've been doing it long enough to know which driveways need extra attention after an overnight storm.

We offer per-visit and seasonal contract pricing for residential driveways, walkways, and light commercial lots across Jefferson, Waukesha, and Dodge County communities. Salting and ice management are available as an add-on to any plowing service.

When a storm hits, we monitor conditions overnight and mobilize at trigger depths — typically two inches or as specified in your contract. Route completion is tracked digitally so you can see when your stop was cleared before you head out for the morning commute.

    We walk your property, note driveway dimensions, obstacles, and access, then set up your per-visit or seasonal contract.

    Route Clearing

    We plow your driveway, clear walkways, and apply salt if requested on our established route — typically completing in early morning hours.

    Route completion is logged digitally so you can confirm your stop was cleared before you need to leave.

What trigger depth do you plow at?
Standard trigger depth is 2 inches of snowfall. You can specify a different trigger depth in your contract if needed.
Do you offer seasonal contracts or per-visit pricing?
Both. Seasonal contracts are a flat rate for unlimited plowing events all winter. Per-visit pricing is billed per occurrence — better if you only need occasional service.
What areas do you serve for snow removal?
We run established snow routes across Sullivan, Watertown, Ixonia, Jefferson, Oconomowoc, Delafield, Dousman, and surrounding communities in Jefferson and Waukesha County.
Do you service commercial lots?
Yes — we handle light commercial lots, parking areas, and multi-unit driveways in addition to residential properties.
What about salting and ice management?
Salting is available as an add-on to any plowing service. We carry bulk road salt and can treat your driveway and walkways after each event.
